These terms govern use of iLutor by learners, instructors, and administrators. By using iLutor, you agree to these terms and applicable laws.

1. Eligibility and accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account unless unauthorized use is reported promptly.
- We may suspend or restrict access for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
2. Learner terms
- Learners receive access to purchased content according to course and platform rules.
- Course access, refunds, and entitlement decisions are subject to iLutor policies and applicable law.
- Account sharing, unauthorized redistribution, or misuse of learning materials is prohibited.
3. Instructor terms
- Instructors must publish original or properly licensed content and comply with quality standards.
- Instructors are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and rights status of uploaded materials.
- Onboarding fees, plan requirements, payout eligibility, and revenue-share rules apply based on active plan terms.
- Instructors are responsible for taxes and regulatory obligations related to their earnings.
4. Intellectual property and acceptable use
- iLutor, platform branding, and software remain the property of iLutor or its licensors.
- Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit platform functionality beyond permitted use.
- Harassment, unlawful content, impersonation, and abuse of payment or access systems are prohibited.
5. Service changes, termination, and liability
- We may improve, modify, or discontinue features to maintain service quality and compliance.
- We may terminate accounts for material breaches of these terms or harmful conduct.
- To the extent permitted by law, iLutor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through support and formal notice channels.
If unresolved, disputes will be handled by competent courts in Nigeria, unless another dispute forum is required by applicable law or a separate written agreement.
